Booking Charges
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
ONLY £50 for 3 hours use of Main Hall (including insurance)
ONLY £75 with BOUNCY CASTLE (for 3 Hours including insurance)
(BOUNCY CASTLE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXTERNAL HIRE)
A returnable CASH deposit of £40 is required in advance against breakages and any damages that may occur during the booking period

OTHER CHARGES
- There is a Mandatory £1.00 Insurance Charge per Booking. Organisations wishing to use their own Insurance must provide proof.
- While the normal practice is for Centre users to leave the premises hired in a clean and tidy condition themselves, cleaning charges are available on request.
ROOM ACCOMMODATION
- Hall, comfortable for up to 60/70 people, less if Bouncy Castle is also booked (40)
- Meeting Room, available for up to 12 / 15 people
- Café/Bar Area, suitable for up to 35 people
CATERING FACILITIES
- Please contact Sunningmead Community Centre on 01884 251147 to discuss arrangements for Buffets or Sandwiches and Teas/Coffees/Soft Drinks/Biscuits.
PLEASE NOTE:
- A PAYMENT OF £40 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL SECURE YOUR PARTY.
- THE REMAINING AMOUNT IS REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE BOOKED.
- FAILURE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OR CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE BOOKED WILL MEAN THE £40 DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT.
- BRINGING YOUR OWN ALCOHOLIC DRINKS INTO THE PREMISES IS NOT PERMITTED DUE TO OUR LICENCING RESTRICTIONS.
